If your business is to be successful you need to compete, and to compete you need to train your employees. Island training can help you do this by ensuring the training is, flexible, responsive, and offered at a time and place to suit businesses. This marks a cultural shift in how skills training will be delivered, and will ensure that the delivery of training is much more responsive to the needs of every business.
Funding is subject to criteria:
- If aged 19+ and employed or self-employed full funding may be available for a first Level 2 qualification.
- If aged 19 to 24 full funding may be available for a first Level 3 qualification.
- If candidate already holds a Level 2 or above then there will be a contribution to funding for an additional Level 2 if the organisation worked for has 249 employees or less.
- Funding is avialable for Literacy and Numeracy qualifications to a Level 2.
